Having been in business for so many years, we realized long ago the most important part of customer service is, well, service. Something that many business owners fail to remember while they are taking you the customer for granted. We at Finish Pro will NEVER take you for granted. We realize you are our most valuable asset.

That being said, we ask one thing of all our customers………..tell us. That’s right, tell us. If you have an issue or problem with our work or the service you received, tell us what happened. We are great at refinishing kitchens and bathrooms, but terrible at reading minds. We want you to be honest with us, because without your input we can’t fix the problem. We want you to feel good about the job we did and we want you to call us back when you need something else refinished.

In addition, if your experience with us was a positive one, tell us that too! We never get tired of knowing our customers are happy.
